'Many solicitors will know the author Bart Daly by name or reputation. He started law publishing

in Ireland by founding the Round Hall Press and he created the Irish Law Reports Monthly in 1981

and this publication is now part of the legal landscape. He had the first online CPD service and his

First Law service was the first online legal provider in Ireland. He was also the creator and co-editor of

the Law Report published every Monday in the Irish Times for 19 years.

 

He has dealt with the legal profession for over 30 years and feels the need to explain in simple terms how
