Brian O'Kane, author of 'Starting A Business in Ireland', now in its 8th edition and founder of Oak Tree Press, will host a panel discussion, 'Self Employment: Is it for me?' about starting a business with Conor Bacon and Maite Lopez at 1pm on 7 March at the Central Library, ILAC Centre, Henry Street, Dublin as part of Local Enterprise Week.
