Pádraic Ó Máille has been a good friend of mine for over 30 years. He creates positive energy in everyone fortunate enough to spend time with him.

The first time I saw Pádraic in action was when I asked him to give a workshop to our team at Foinse, an Irish language newspaper we were producing from Carraroe in County Galway. His ability to actively engage with us in terms of creating our vision, strategy and actions formed the foundation for Foinse becoming the most-read Irish language newspaper in the country up to that time.

Pádraic has supported and mentored both sports people and business people for many years, helping them on their journeys to success.

He has an energetic, active and engaging style of storytelling, questioning and challenging. This creates space for individual and team reflection, resulting in deep personal learning and clear actions to help you bring your game to the next level.

Pádraic calls the process SMACHT, based on the Irish word for discipline, which is fundamental to success.
